Job Description

URGENT REQUIRMENT - FEMALE CANDIDATE

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Tele caller to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Tele calling to existing and potential customers
Lead generation through calls and follow-ups
Understanding customer requirements and explaining products/services
Preparing and sharing quotations
Regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into orders
Closing deals and achieving targets
Maintaining relationships with existing customers
Customer retention and after-sales coordination
Updating customer data and maintaining CRM records
Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi & English; Gujarati language is a plus)
Strong convincing skills
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM)
Professional attitude and positive approach
Time management and multitasking skills

Qualification:

12th Pass
Graduate

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience
