Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing travel agents customers to generate bookings and leads.
  • Explain hotel packages, facilities, and offers clearly and persuasively over the phone.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and relevant information.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous interactions to close sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the sales and reservations team to ensure smooth communication and booking process.
  • Handle guest queries and provide information in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Prepare and maintain call reports and submit regular updates to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (hospitality background preferred) or travel agency
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are an advantage).
  • Strong persuasion, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Basic computer knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
