Achieve weekly/monthly KPIs for call volume, connection rate, qualification rate, and conversions. Earn commission on sales generated from qualified leads. Qualifications Previous experience as a Tele Caller, cold caller, sales representative, or lead generation specialist (preferred). Skilled communicator—confident on phone calls and strong in written communication. Highly organized, reliable, and disciplined with tasks and deadlines.
