Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Coimbatore. As a Telecaller Executive at ProPlus Logics, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our products and services, and scheduling meetings or consultations. You will handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records of conversations. Your goal will be to build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.
