Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller Executive, located in Gurugram. The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, maintaining customer records, and providing information about our services. Additionally, this role involves addressing customer queries, scheduling appointments, and offering exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, both verbal and written, and active listening skills
• Experience in customer service, telecalling, or related roles
• Ability to manage and update customer records
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle queries efficiently
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Passion for pets and basic understanding of pet care services is a benefit
