Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Caller located in Gurugram. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, providing them with information about our pet care services, and answering their inquiries. They will also follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Experience in making outbound calls and managing customer interactions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using telecommunication software and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the pet care industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are advantageous
