Role Overview:

We are hiring a Veterinary Assistant who will independently visit client homes to provide basic veterinary care and support services. This role is ideal for someone experienced, confident, and comfortable working with animals alone in various environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct home visits to administer pet care services such as:

Vaccinations

Deworming

Sample collection (blood, urine etc.)

Basic wound dressing or follow-up support

Handle and calm pets safely and professionally

Maintain hygiene and proper handling of instruments and consumables

Communicate effectively with pet parents

Keep accurate records of visits and services provided

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience working with animals (as a vet assistant, technician, or compounder)

Confident in handling dogs and cats of all temperaments independently

Familiar with basic veterinary procedures and protocols

Ability to travel across the city for scheduled appointments

Responsible, punctual and polite
