Tele Caller Executive

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Tele Caller Executive to join our sales and marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and generating qualified leads. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a resilient, target-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients from a provided database.
• Clearly and persuasively deliver a prepared sales script to pitch our products or services.
• Identify customer needs, answer questions, and handle objections in a professional manner.
• Qualify leads based on set criteria and schedule appointments for the field sales team.
• Accurately record customer information, call outcomes, and lead details in our CRM system.
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads generated, and appointments set.
• Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
• Maintain a basic knowledge of our offerings and the competitive landscape.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in tele calling, telesales, or a similar outbound calling role.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• A clear, pleasant, and persuasive speaking voice.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain calm and confident.
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and target-oriented.
• Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software and dialer systems.
• Fluency in English [and any other required language, e.g., Hindi, Tamil, Telugu].
• High school diploma or equivalent.
