Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, providing product or service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Strong communication skills, a pleasant phone manner, and a target-driven attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or lists.
• Introduce the company’s products or services clearly and effectively.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and follow-ups professionally.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of all calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve or exceed daily and monthly targets for call volume, appointments, or conversions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize calling strategies.
• Maintain a polite, professional, and enthusiastic demeanor in all interactions.
• Report regularly to the team lead or manager on progress and challenges.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum educational qualification: [High School]
• Proven experience as a telecaller, customer support executive, or in a similar role is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in [English / Local Language].
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer skills, especially in using MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• A customer-first attitude with patience and empathy.

Preferred Attributes:

• Positive attitude and a target-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Previous experience in [Industry – e.g., Insurance, Education, Real Estate, FMCG, etc.] is desirable.
