A Tele caller is responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to promote products/services, generate leads, maintain customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. They act as a key link between the organization and its customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Outbound & Inbound Calling
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Lead Generation & Sales Support
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
• Follow up with leads to close deals.
• Customer Relationship Management
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Handle objections and complaints in a professional manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Data Management
• Maintain and update customer database (CRM/Excel sheets).
• Record details of calls, feedback, and follow-ups.
• Target Achievement
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
• Work towards achieving set revenue goals.
• Communication & Professionalism
• Deliver scripts clearly and confidently over the phone.
• Maintain professionalism, patience, and politeness in communication.
• Team Coordination
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, preferences, and trends.

Required Skills

• MINI 6 Months to 1 Years
• Good communication skills (English, Hindi, and Telugu ).
• Persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
• Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
