We are looking for a dynamic and well-spoken Aesthetic Counsellor & Caller who can confidently handle both in-clinic consultations and outbound client communication. The ideal candidate should be able to explain aesthetic and cosmetic procedures, address client queries, and actively engage with leads through follow-up calls and appointment scheduling. This role is critical for client education, engagement, and conversion, and requires someone who understands both aesthetic procedures and client relationship management. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: Consultation & Counselling: Welcome walk-in and referred clients. Conduct basic skin/hair/body analysis and understand the client’s concerns. Recommend suitable treatments such as: Laser hair removal Botox & Fillers Skin rejuvenation & anti-aging Hair fall/PRP therapy Slimming & body contouring treatments Explain procedure details, benefits, expected results, and pricing packages. Coordinate with doctors/therapists for treatment planning and execution. Calling & Lead Follow-up: Make outbound calls to leads and prospective clients. Explain clinic services and current offers/promotions. Schedule consultation appointments and follow up on no-shows. Handle incoming enquiries from WhatsApp, website, and calls. Maintain a call log and CRM updates regularly. Follow up after consultation for conversion and feedback. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1-3 years experience in aesthetic/cosmetic/wellness industry. Excellent verbal communication in English & Hindi. Strong convincing and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of cosmetic treatments and procedures. Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented. Knowledge of CRM or clinic management software is a plus.
