Tele Caller Executive

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services and generate leads and earn incentives
• Handle inbound customer inquiries, resolve queries, and provide accurate information.
• Maintain and update customer databases with details of interactions and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Follow scripts and company guidelines while ensuring a professional and courteous approach.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
• Collect and record customer feedback to support service improvement.
• Coordinate with the salesteam for lead nurturing and closing.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Aggressive caller - Target oriented
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
• Fluency in English, Hindi and any other regional language of India
• Good organizational and time-management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
