Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote company products or services.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
• Maintain an updated record of customer information and interactions.
• Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure lead conversion.
• Handle customer questions or concerns in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with the sales team to enhance overall performance.
• Achieve daily call volume targets as assigned.
• Meet monthly lead conversion and sales.
• Complete all scheduled follow-ups within the required timeframe.
• Maintain company-defined call quality and communication standards.
• Contribute to monthly revenue goals through consistent performance.

Requirements
