Role Description:

We are seeking a full-time Tele Caller to join our team in Noida. The role involves making outbound and inbound calls to eVanik users, providing accurate information about services, handling customer queries, managing follow-ups, and supporting subscription renewals. Key responsibilities include explaining products or services, addressing concerns, maintaining call records, achieving calling targets, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing users.
Explain eVanik services, features, and subscription plans clearly.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Handle objections and persuade users effectively.
Maintain accurate call records and update CRM data.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for lead status and updates.
