Job Title: Tele Caller

Key Responsibilities:
· Engage with potential customers to promote and sell Ayurvedic products.
· Explain product benefits and usage details clearly.
· Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer records.
· Coordinate with distributors and dealers – guide them, take orders, manage dispatch, and follow up regularly.
· Handle new distributor and dealer openings through direct outreach or leads from social media advertisements.
· Generate bills and update entries in QuickBooks.
· Maintain accurate communication and follow-up with customers and partners.
Requirements:
· Minimum 6 months of telesales or customer service experience.
· Excellent command of English.
· Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
· Familiarity with Ayurvedic products is an advantage.
· Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM or QuickBooks preferred.
