Position Overview

The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, dealers, and retreaders to promote Tolins products and services, generate leads, and support sales activities. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, maintainingcustomer databases, and ensuring timely follow-ups to convert enquiries int business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Tolins

products.

• Handle incoming calls and provide product information or support as required.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers.

  Lead Generation & Follow-Up

• Colccurately in CRM or Excel-based systems.
• Identify sales opportunities and forward qualified leads to the sales team.lect and update customer data a
• Follow up with leads and inquiries to ensure timely closure.

Coordination & and; Support

• Coordinate with field sales executives and regional managers for order follow- ups and customer feedback.
• Assist in promotional campaigns, dealer activations, and marketing calls.

Customer Service & and Retention

• Resolve basic customer queries or route them to the concerned department.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and responsiveness.
• Collect feedback to help improve service quality and product perception.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum qualification:

  Graduate / Higher Secondary (any discipline).

• 13 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service

  (manufacturing or B2B background preferred).
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
• Proficiency in either Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada or other Indian regional languages (Except Malayalam)
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or Excel tools.
