Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller role based in Kochi. The Tele Caller will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, providing information about the company's services to clients, and addressing customer queries effectively. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of calls, building strong client relationships, and achieving assigned targets. The role demands excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills for handling customer inquiries and building rapport
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer concerns in a professional manner
• Proficiency in using telecommunication tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage
• Fluency in multiple languages is preferred but not mandatory
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in any field is a plus
