Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele caller, located in Sector 102, Gurugram. The Tele caller will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to clients, explaining and promoting our real estate projects, and addressing customer inquiries. The role involves maintaining customer databases, scheduling appointments, and ensuring follow-up with clients to provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle outbound and inbound calls effectively and professionally
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Organizational and time management skills
• Basic knowledge of real estate market trends and property-related information
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Previous customer service or tele-calling experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
