Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle social media leads, offline leads, and walk-in inquiries, providing them with accurate information about courses, universities, and application processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up on leads generated from social media campaigns, referrals, events, and offline sources.
• Engage with prospective students to understand their academic background, preferences, and study abroad goals.
• Provide information about programs, universities, visa processes, and application requirements.
• Maintain an updated record of leads and follow-up status in CRM/Excel.
• Schedule appointments for counselling sessions with senior counsellors.
• Achieve daily and monthly lead conversion targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to give feedback on lead quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Executive, or in a similar role (preferably in the education or immigration sector).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to build rapport with students and parents over the phone.
• Basic computer knowledge
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
