Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in New Delhi. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, providing detailed information about available study abroad programs, and addressing inquiries. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up with leads, and guiding potential students through the admissions or application process. This role also entails collaborating with the team to achieve enrollment targets and contribute to the company’s mission of facilitating international education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with prospective students
• Customer relationship management skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and provide clear guidance
• Telemarketing or outbound calling experience is preferred
• Organizational and time management skills to maintain accurate records and follow up on leads
• Basic computer literacy including familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Knowledge of study abroad programs or experience in an education consultancy industry is a plus
• Proficiency in multiple languages is an added advantage
