Role Description

Freshers can apply with good Communications skills - This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Recruiter and Support position located in New Delhi. The primary responsibilities include contacting potential students - Telecallig , providing information about study abroad programs, guiding them through the application process, and offering support throughout their journey. Additional duties involve maintaining records of communication, updating student databases, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in telecommunication and customer support
• Proficiency in using CRM software and managing databases
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with study abroad programs and processes is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field - Prefer English hons
