Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller based in Jaipur. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our real estate projects, answering queries, generating leads, and setting up site visits. Additional tasks include maintaining records of interactions, following up on leads, and contributing to team goals.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
Experience in customer service or telecalling roles
Ability to provide detailed information and resolve queries
Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
