Research market trends, property values, and competitor listings. Support contract preparation, documentation, and compliance with legal requirements. Collaborate with real estate agents, brokers, and other team members to close deals successfully. Utilize CRM tools, digital marketing strategies, and social media for client engagement. Qualifications & Skills: Prior experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently. Basic understanding of the real estate market and property trends. Proficiency in using MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms. A real estate license (if required in your region) is an advantage but not mandatory.
