• Develop, implement, and oversee IT strategies aligned with business goals and digital transformation objectives.
• Lead technology transformation initiatives, including modernization, cloud adoption, and digital process optimization.
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to identify strategic opportunities and define technology roadmaps.
• Conduct assessments of IT capabilities, systems, and processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Monitor technology trends, innovations, and emerging solutions to inform strategic planning.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior management.
• Support governance and prioritization of IT projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive successful execution of transformation initiatives.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT strategy, digital transformation, or technology consulting.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture, digital technologies, and emerging trends.
• Proven track record in driving large-scale IT transformation programs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, including presentation to senior leadership.
• Experience with IT governance, portfolio management, and project prioritization.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
