Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Strategy Manager to join our Technology Transformation Office (TTO) in Singapore. In this role, you will lead IT strategy initiatives, drive technology transformation programs, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology capabilities. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to shape the digital roadmap and enable innovation across the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and oversee IT strategies aligned with business goals and digital transformation objectives. Lead technology transformation initiatives, including modernization, cloud adoption, and digital process optimization. Collaborate with business and IT leaders to identify strategic opportunities and define technology roadmaps. Conduct assessments of IT capabilities, systems, and processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements. Monitor technology trends, innovations, and emerging solutions to inform strategic planning. Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior management. Support governance and prioritization of IT projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive successful execution of transformation initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in IT strategy, digital transformation, or technology consulting. Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture, digital technologies, and emerging trends. Proven track record in driving large-scale IT transformation programs. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, including presentation to senior leadership. Experience with IT governance, portfolio management, and project prioritization. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
