Your role is crucial in maintaining seamless operations and enhancing the overall efficiency of the systems in place. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for incident management. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration. - Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and their applications. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner. - Familiarity with service management tools and processes. - Ability to document processes and create knowledge base articles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
