Project Role Description :

Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

You will ensure the smooth functioning of systems and provide timely support to resolve any issues that may arise. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient operations and delivery. You will also contribute to the improvement of processes and systems to enhance overall performance and reliability.. Professional Experience:

Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization - Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision - Flexible to work in 24/7 shift.
Comfort with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders.
