Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. You will create and implement Requests for Change and update knowledge base articles to facilitate effective troubleshooting. Collaboration with vendors and service management teams is essential for issue analysis and resolution, making your role pivotal in maintaining seamless operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and maintenance of operational documentation to enhance team efficiency. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. - Strong understanding of system configuration and management. - Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues. - Familiarity with network protocols and services. - Ability to implement and manage desktop security measures. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
