Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Specialist with 8 to 12 years of experience in JavaScript ES5/ES6 React Redux and React JS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Life and Annuities Insurance. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of both technical and domain-specific knowledge to drive impactful solutions. The candidate will work in a day shift and no travel is required. Responsibilities Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript ES5/ES6 React Redux and React JS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and bugs. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Implement best practices for software development and deployment. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and retrospectives. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process. Qualifications Must have strong experience in JavaScript ES5/ES6 React Redux and React JS. Must have domain expertise in Life and Annuities Insurance. Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Should possess strong communication and collaboration skills. Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Should have a deep understanding of web development best practices. Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
