Technology Service Analyst

Role Overview: As a Technology Service Analyst at Private Bank Germany Service Operations in Bangalore, India, you will be providing 2nd Level Application Support for business applications used in branches, by mobile sales, or via the internet. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the stability of the applications by actively participating in Incident Management and Problem Management processes. Your in-depth application knowledge and understanding of the business processes supported by the applications will be crucial assets in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Support activities for service operations, including troubleshooting, solving incidents and problems, and ensuring service delivery. - Actively contribute to the resolution of incidents and problems within the team, overseeing the resolution of complex incidents. - Collaborate with customer service, other service operations specialists, and relevant TDI functions to efficiently resolve escalated issues. - Contribute to monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Experience with multiple technology stacks such as UNIX, job monitoring, SQL, DB2/Oracle database, Geneos, and UC4. - Working knowledge of standard tools like Service-Now, Confluence, and JIRA. - ITIL & GCP qualifications are desirable. - Mandatory English language skills, with German language skills being desirable. - Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science related discipline from an accredited college or university (equivalent diploma or technical faculty).
