Technology Operations Lead

The Technical Operations Lead, VP position at Deutsche Bank's Chief Information Security Office (CSO) in Pune, India, is seeking a dynamic individual to lead and manage a customer service team. You will be accountable for maintaining uptime of Authorization Tribe applications, compliance topics, and managing customer issues effectively. Additionally, you will be expected to ensure the timely delivery of business requirements, present to senior management on governance topics, review and execute RTB policies and procedures, and define metrics to monitor vendor delivery quality. To excel in this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience in the corporate financial services industry, with expertise in people management and a strong understanding of Identity and Access management. Your analytical skills, vendor management experience, stakeholder management capabilities, and project management proficiency will be key assets in this position.
