Technology Manager

You will be joining Indus Action as a full-time engineer, responsible for developing the next-gen platform. Key Responsibilities: - Shape the current and future product development by bringing the product roadmap to life - Tackle complex challenges in product development - Work in an agile and small engineering team, gaining exposure to multiple products and technologies - Develop leading-edge technology products to bridge the information gap in CivicTech/GovTech - Contribute towards enabling vulnerable families with sustainable access to legislated rights Qualifications Required: - Minimum Graduation Degree in B.E./B.Tech/BCA - Background in Drupal is required - Minimum of 5 years of experience - 4+ years of experience in Drupal development with a strong portfolio of projects - Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and MySQL - Solid understanding of Drupal architecture, RESTful APIs, and web services integration - Expertise in designing, implementing, and managing MySQL databases - Proficient in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers - Experience with Git, GitHub, Agile, and Scrum methodologies - Excellent documentation, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills - Ability to mentor team members and lead cross-functional teams If you are passionate about building impactful products, working in a challenging yet rewarding environment, and contributing towards a progressive society, Indus Action is the place for you to grow and make a difference.,
