Technology Manager

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects supporting Medical Information Websites, ensuring compliance with GxP, CSV, and cybersecurity standards
• Manage project plans, risks, resources, and coordinate cross-functional teams including onsite/offshore collaboration
• Drive communication and alignment across stakeholders, track metrics, and ensure audit-ready documentation and validation compliance
• Support vendor management, change control, release governance, and foster continuous improvement in agile delivery

Key Deliverables:

• Successful delivery of digital projects aligned with global strategy and regulatory requirements
• Comprehensive project documentation, risk and change management, and release readiness reports
• Effective coordination between global teams ensuring seamless project execution and compliance
• Leadership in agile ceremonies and governance processes to drive innovation and operational excellence
