• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related fields.
• 5–8 years’ experience in technology, business analysis, fund operations, or financial services.
• Experience working with Fund Management, Private Equity, Asset Management, or REITs is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with fund lifecycle processes (fundraising, acquisitions, performance reporting, investor relations) is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems such as CRM platforms, fund/portfolio management systems (e.g., Backstop), document management, SharePoint, workflow tools, and data visualisation platforms.
• Good knowledge of data structures, reporting, and dashboard development (Power BI experience preferred)
. • Ability to work with vendors and internal technical teams on system enhancements, integrations, and troubleshooting.
