Key Responsibilities: - Research, identify, and evaluate emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, Blockchain, Cloud Computing, and more to assess their applicability in improving organisational processes and services. - Work closely with senior management to design and implement an innovation strategy that aligns with organisational goals and enhances digital transformation initiatives. - Lead the execution of technology innovation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with key objectives. - Collaborate with various departments (IT, R&D, Operations, etc.) to understand their technology needs and develop solutions that address pain points and create business value. - Promote a culture of innovation within the organization by organizing workshops, seminars, and training programs to educate employees on emerging technologies. Qualification Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - Minimum 5+ years of experience in technology innovation, digital transformation, or a related field. - Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery. - Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and trends (AI, machine learning, blockchain, cloud, IoT, etc.). - Hands-on experience in technology scouting, prototyping, and implementing new technologies. - Familiarity with IT infrastructure, data management, and cybersecurity best practices. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or any relevant certifications in innovation management or digital transformation are desirable.
