Job Description

Role Overview: As an Infrastructure Engineer or Lead at our global financial firm's GCC in Bengaluru, you will be instrumental in building a secure, scalable, and high-performance infrastructure to support institutional capital at scale. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a platform-first culture and work alongside top technologists in establishing core infrastructure from the ground up. Key Responsibilities: - Network Engineers & Leads: - Proficiency in technologies like Cisco, Arista, Palo Alto, and Juniper - Experience in low-latency trading networks, BGP/OSPF, and co-location setups - Preference for expertise in infrastructure automation - Linux Engineer & Lead (Red Hat / OpenShift): - Extensive experience with Red Hat Linux and OpenShift - Skills in performance tuning, kernel optimization, and strong scripting/debugging abilities - Emphasis on being more of an engineer than an administrator - Storage Engineer & Lead: - Knowledge in Block & File (EMC SRDF, NetApp), and Object Store - Expertise in load balancing, resiliency, and disaster recovery - Experience with NewtonX is advantageous - Cloud Engineer & Lead: - Proficient in AWS workload deployment & migration - Strong understanding of VMware, cloud optimization, and architecture - Essential to have an infrastructure performance mindset - Automation Engineer & Lead: - Familiarity with tools like Terraform, Puppet, AWS/GCP, and CI/CD - Strong Python development skills for building Infrastructure as Code - Not a pure DevOps role; seeking individuals who can build solutions - Database Administrator & Lead: - Expertise in RDBMS & NoSQL databases such as Oracle, SQL, Redshift, and Neptune - Experience in distributed systems, high availability, tuning, and recovery workflows - Windows Engineer & Lead: - Proficient in Active Directory, domain services, and system hardening - Specialization in enterprise-scale identity & access management - Data Recovery Engineer & Lead: - Leading recovery efforts for global production issues - Conducting deep root cause analysis and workflow optimization - Ability to handle high-stakes and high-pressure coordination scenarios Qualifications Required: - Location: Bengaluru - Culture: Product-minded, Security-first, Technically elite If you are passionate about infrastructure engineering and thrive in an environment that values innovation and excellence, we invite you to apply for one of these exciting roles with us.,
