Job Type: 6 months renewable contract Client: Philippines based Work Mode: Hybrid ( 3 days from Office and 2 days work from home ) Technical Delivery Manager (Banking Sector) Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Technology Delivery Manager with extensive experience in handling technology projects within the Corporate Banking, Cash management, Transaction Banking and Channel Banking. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience and possess deep business knowledge in Treasury, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Wealth Management. This role demands a hands-on tech delivery leader who can manage technology challenges and oversee multiple projects, ensuring seamless implementation across various domains including architecture, cloud, DevOps, infrastructure, and network. The candidate should be closely with business units to drive technology enablement. Job Requirement: Minimum 10-15 years of experience in technology project management within the wealth management sector. Hands-on experience with technology implementation across architecture, cloud, DevOps, infrastructure, and network. Exceptional leadership skills with the to manage large teams and multiple projects. Excellent risk management and issue resolution Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: - Lead and manage technology wealth management projects with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience. - Handle end-to-end project delivery, ensuring successful implementation and integration. Business: - Possess strong business knowledge in Corporate banking, Collections and Receivables, Bills Payments, Cash management etc. - Apply business insights to technology projects to align with organizational goals. Technical Expertise: - Oversee technology challenges within projects, including architecture, cloud, DevOps, infrastructure, and network. - Provide hands-on leadership and problem-solving skills to address technical issues. Team Management: - Manage a large team of tech delivery managers working across different projects. - Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. Multi-Project Management: - Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing risks and issues from a technology perspective. - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Business Collaboration: - Work closely with business units to understand their needs and provide technology solutions. - Collaborate positively with technology enablement teams to drive project success. Program Management: - Have prior experience in handling a Corporate banking implementation program. - Demonstrate a track record of successful program management in similar roles.
