Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME. Collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Lead the team in implementing best practices. Develop strategies to optimize project delivery. Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. Strong understanding of project management methodologies. Experience in stakeholder management. Knowledge of budgeting and financial management. Experience in risk assessment and mitigation. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. This position is based at our Gurugram office.
