You will also provide advisory work for the IT function itself. Your typical day will involve providing guidance and expertise in technology consulting, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering solutions to meet client requirements and business objectives. You will play a crucial role in driving innovation and delivering value to clients through your technical expertise and consulting skills. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Conduct research and analysis to identify technology trends and best practices- Develop and deliver technology consulting solutions to clients- Lead and manage technology consulting projects- Provide guidance and support to junior professionals Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CRM Service- Strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices- Experience in implementing and customizing Oracle CRM Service- Knowledge of Oracle CRM Service modules and functionalities- Experience in integrating Oracle CRM Service with other systems- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware- Experience in Oracle CRM Service configuration and administration- Knowledge of Oracle CRM Service security and access controls Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle CRM Service- This position is based at our Bengaluru office- A 15 years full time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
