This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in the Asset and Wealth Management domain driving impactful outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities

Design and implement robust Pega solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Pega applications seamlessly into existing systems.
Lead the development of Pega applications ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
Oversee the deployment of Pega solutions ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Develop comprehensive Pega reports that provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Enhance user experience by designing intuitive Pega interfaces and workflows.
Implement Pega case management solutions that streamline processes and improve productivity.
Utilize Pega Decision Hub to optimize decision-making processes and drive business value.
Ensure data integrity and security within Pega applications adhering to industry standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in Pega Reporting Platform and Application Development.
Demonstrate expertise in Pega Data and Integration ensuring seamless data flow across systems.
Exhibit proficiency in Pega User Experience and Mobility enhancing user interactions.
Have a strong understanding of Pega Case Management and Decision Hub functionalities.
Experience in Asset and Wealth Management domain is a plus providing valuable industry insights.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a hybrid work model.
