Job Description: In the role of Technology Analyst you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency in design coding unit testing code reviews deployments and production support of the GUL platform using your Microfocus Cobol technology skillset You will be part of a learning culture where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged excellence is rewarded and diversity is respected and valued Key Responsibilities: Design coding unit testing QA support deployment and warranty support in GUL admin platform o Work with clients both internal and external o Design code and unit test for new requirements in the GUL platform in Microfocus Cobol o Fix QA reported defects o Help in design and code reviews o Prepare documentation for production deployments o Region compiles o Warranty support of deployed production code changes Additional Responsibilities: 6 years of software industry experience 5 years of experience with Microfocus Cobol 2 years of experience with creating JCLs Good Communication Skills Ability to multi task and to work effectively in teams with remote and onsite resources Preferred Skills: Microservices, Springboot, Drools, BA Life Insurance, Angular JS , +Pega, Progress->Microservices, Springboot, Drools, BA Life Insurance, Angular JS , +Pega, Progress
