The successful candidate transforms complex findings into compelling Word reports and presentations for marketing consultancy clients, ensuring clarity and actionable recommendations.Core CompetenciesResearch and Project ManagementIndependently and collaboratively manage research projects, defining scope, estimating effort, planning timelines, and ensuring successful delivery.Conduct comprehensive primary and secondary research leveraging multiple AI agents for data collection, processing, and validation.Build and orchestrate research pipelines involving specialized AI agents for parallel data gathering, analysis, and synthesis of emerging technology trends, and coordinate agent workflows to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of insights.Apply analytical frameworks to evaluate technology ecosystems, market dynamics, and disruptive innovations.Document findings thoroughly and communicate project status and results to clients.Analytical SkillsUtilize Excel and other tools to conduct financial analysis, market sizing, value proposition modeling, and demand/supply analysis based on agent-processed data.Validate findings with cross-referenced sources and methodologies.Communication & DocumentationTranslate research outcomes into well-structured, client-facing Word documents and PowerPoint presentations.Communicate fluently in spoken and written English, adapting language and style to the audience.Leadership & Work EthicTake full ownership and accountability for quality and timeliness across all allocated projects.Demonstrate curiosity, initiative, and a commitment to innovation and excellence.Uphold high ethical standards, focusing on accuracy, objectivity, and transparency.Strive for continuous learning and contribution in fast-evolving technology domains.Preferred BackgroundGraduate degree in a STEM field in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college, with a minimum of first-class academic performance.2-4 years of experience in market research, technology analysis, IT, or high-tech sectors.Exposure to product documentation or technology marketing is a strong plus.
