Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
Promote and sell TMT bars to dealers, builders, contractors, and construction companies. Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Channel Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and distributors. Ensure proper pricing, supply and support for channel partners. Monitor dealer stock levels and coordinate timely dispatches.
Market Intelligence
Track competitors activities, pricing, and market share. Provide feedback to marketing and product development teams.
Field Work
Regularly visit construction sites and project locations. Attend trade events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain sales reports, client data, and market insights. Coordinate with Managers and Sales team for smooth fulfillment.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of local market and dealer/distributor network.
Ability to work independently and manage territory effectively.
Basic understanding of construction industry and structural steel products.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
