Job Description

Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
Configure and customize BFSI products (Core Banking, Lending, Payments, Insurance, Risk Management).
Collaborate with technical teams for solution design and integration.
Conduct workshops, demos, and training for stakeholders.
Support UAT, perform functional testing, and ensure timely issue resolution.
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with BFSI regulations.

What We re Looking For

Domain Expertise:

Strong understanding of BFSI processes (Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Payments, Insurance, Risk & Compliance).

Technical Skills:

Experience with BFSI products (Temenos, Finacle, Flexcube, TCS BaNCS), SQL, APIs, and integration frameworks.

Functional Skills:

Business analysis, process mapping, and solution design.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor s/Master s in Computer Science, IT, Fice, or related field.
Certifications like CBAP, PMP, or BFSI product certifications are a plus.
