Techno-Functional Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Drive new client acquisition by understanding business needs and presenting tailored solutions.
• Act as a strategic partner to clients, providing insights and recommendations that add business value

• Lead, mentor, and manage multiple cross-functional teams.
• Foster a productive and collaborative team environment to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.

• Oversee end-to-end project execution—from requirement gathering and planning to delivery and maintenance.
• Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and budgets are met.
• Coordinate across multiple departments to streamline processes and ensure successful delivery.

• Act as a techno-functional bridge between business and technical teams.
• Provide guidance on technical decisions, solution architecture, and best practices.
• Contribute hands-on when needed, especially in technologies like Java and Node.js.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of total professional experience with strong exposure to organizational-level responsibilities.
• Proven experience in client management, account growth, and new business acquisition.
• Strong leadership experience managing multiple teams.
• Solid experience in end-to-end project handling across various domains.
• Techno-functional background with hands-on experience in Java and Node.js (additional technologies are a plus).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple functions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), best practices, and project management methodologies.

• Experience working directly with senior leadership and contributing to organizational strategy.
• Exposure to modern cloud platforms, microservices, and scalable architectures.
• Ability to adapt quickly and take ownership of diverse responsibilities.
• Experience architecting and delivering complex projects for Indian and Overseas clients
• Experience with Public Sector Large scale projects would be added advantage
