Techno-Commercial Sales Position of Raw Materials

Role Overview: You will be part of a dynamic sales team responsible for promoting and selling raw materials to customers in the Pharmaceutical, Home & Personal Care industry. Your role will involve developing and executing sales plans, building strong relationships with customers, providing technical support, monitoring market trends, and attending industry events. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and goals. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the Pharmaceutical, Home & Personal Care industry. - Meet with Scientists & Procurement teams of customers to introduce and promote raw materials. - Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the selection and use of raw materials. - Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities. - Prepare and deliver sales presentations to customers. - Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers. - Collaborate with internal teams, including Supply Chain, and accounts, to ensure timely delivery of products and services. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system. - Attend industry events and trade shows to promote company products and services. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field. - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales of raw materials to Pharmaceutical, Home & Personal Care product manufacturers. - Strong technical knowledge of Pharmaceutical, Home & Personal Care raw materials and their applications. - Fluent in regional language along with English and Hindi. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. - Willingness to travel as needed.,
