Role Summary:

Techno-Commercial Manager

Key Responsibilities:

concrete paving and hardscape products

Business development: Identify and pursue business opportunities in infrastructure, landscaping, real estate, and public projects.
Client management: Meet with architects, consultants, contractors, and project managers to present product solutions.
Sales: Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals tailored to client needs. Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Skills:

Technical understanding of civil construction principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with strong commercial acumen.

Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
5+ years of experience in technical sales, project coordination, or business development
Background in construction materials, precast, infrastructure, or real estate sectors preferred
Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi
