Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the new precast manufacturing facility. Implement best practices in production, quality control, safety, and maintenance. Lead, train, and motivate a skilled workforce. Coordinate with senior management on production planning, efficiency targets, and process optimization. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products to meet market demand. Drive continuous improvement by adopting the latest global innovations in precast technology. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Masters preferred). 812 years of experience in precast concrete or heavy construction materials manufacturing . Strong leadership and team management skills. Hands-on expertise in production processes, plant maintenance, and quality systems. Show more Show less
