Techno-Commercial Engineer (Civil)

Key Responsibilities


Technical

  • Preparation and review of

    BOQs, quantity take-offs, and estimates

  • Study drawings, specifications, and project requirements
  • Assist site teams with technical clarifications
  • Support value engineering and cost optimization

Commercial

  • Prepare

    cost estimates, budgets, and rate analysis

  • Vendor comparison, negotiation support, and finalization
  • Assist in tendering and bidding documentation
  • Monitor project costs and variations
  • Support billing and certification activities

Coordination

  • Coordinate between site, vendors, consultants, and internal teams
  • Maintain proper documentation and reports


Required Qualification


Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering


Skills & Requirements


  • Knowledge of

    BOQ, estimation, and rate analysis

  • Proficiency in

    MS Excel

    (AutoCAD basic knowledge preferred)
  • Understanding of construction materials and execution
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and commercially aware
