Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Job description:

We are looking for Senior Technician # Preferred immediate Joiners

Candidate should have experience at the electrical works

Electrical and painting repairs as necessary

Implement preventative maintenance measures

Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies

Complete inspections of offices and laboratories with Maintenance Manager

Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol.

Receive films for inspection and make a note of any technical issues for repairs.

Oversee every aspect of technical operations at the cinema venue such as ventilation, fire alarms, heating and lighting.

Ensure that cinema screenings are in compliance with Health and Safety regulations and requirements.

Turn on the projector and confirm that images are the right size and in-focus for easy viewing.

Arrange for other technicians such as a repair person to visit the site for replacing parts and fixing existing equipment

Additional Key Responsibilities and Skills:-

Installation: Proficiently installing pipes, fixtures (like faucets, bathtubs), appliances, and water heaters.

Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as drain cleaning, pipe pressure testing, and backflow prevention.

Repair: Diagnosing and fixing problems like leaks, broken pipes, and clogged drains.

System Management: Understanding and working with various plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and sewage systems.

Advanced Problem-Solving: Handling complex plumbing challenges, potentially involving the interpretation of blueprints and local codes.

Supervisory Duties: In some senior roles, overseeing the work of other plumbers or technicians, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
